With Blue Yonder, you can **Fulfill your Potential **. **TM**:**Overview**:- Seeking an astute individual that has a **strong Supply chain background **to be part of Blue Yonder Partner enablement team to train partners implement and support customer projects. The individual will have decent knowledge of industry best practices, will work with cross functional teams, will have the ability to implement Blue Yonder supply chain solutions (WMS, WLM, LWT and NPIs) and enable partners successfully implement customer projects**Scope**:- Ability to train the partner resources and bring them up to speed on Blue Yonder products (WMS, WLM, LWT and NPIs) so that partner can implement Blue Yonder projects successfully for customers- Ability to work with Partner teams to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements- Assists Partners in planning efforts including detailed project plan task detail (work breakdown structure) based on the specific phase/need of the project- Ability to assist partner in faster go-lives using agile methodology- Communicates and/or supports the business cases to PMG and PD regarding specific trends for future product functionality and enhancements- Provides advice to partners or customers regarding industry best practices and process methodology- Serves as a techno functional liaison and attends and contributes to key meetings between Blue Yonder and partner project team- Has Knowledge of warehouse processes and terminology, understanding of systems surrounding WMS, WLM, LWT (ERP, TMS, Order planning etc.), experience with logistics processes and with automation in the warehouse- Has technical knowledge on MOCA, WMS Architecture, REFS, MTF, Page Builder, Jasper Reports and troubleshooting experience- Understands how Blue Yonder solutions (WMS, WLM, LWT, NPIs) can be configured to better facilitate client business processes (ensuring ability to design, execute, and deliver)- Has knowledge of Fundamentals of AI/ML, Statistic and Probability- Participates in customer business process analysis of Blue Yonder solutions or design/construction phase of the Blue Yonder project with partners that leads to writing functional specifications- Works on development of functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens that meet the customers' business objectives and are of sound design- Always conducts oneself in a professional manner with Blue Yonder partners, customers, and internal associates- Ensures the security and integrity of corporate assets and intellectual property- Ensures compliance with the internal and external company policies and procedures- Completes assigned and agreed to work within the allotted time and with a high level of quality**Responsibilities**:To execute Partner enablement which includes:**What we are looking for**:- 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience, as a business consultant providing supply chain solutions for customers required. Either a customer of Blue Yonder or as a consultant implementing Blue Yonder solutions for customers preferred- Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or Operations Research preferred. A combination of Bachelor ’s degree and relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of advanced degree- Relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions such as Manhattan, Oracle, SAP, or leading ERP may be considered- Strong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of statistical algorithms, SCM concepts, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain required- Relevant industry certification from APICS will be a plus- Current or prior experience working in Management consulting organization or Supply Chain Center or Excellence settings preferred- Skill set and availability requirements as per the organization's needs- Knowledge in performance tuning techniques is added advantage- Provides guidance to Support Services in responding to base technical issues- Understanding and experience with the technical requirements for the product line assigned- Understanding of Database structures. Understanding of various technical platforms and infrastructures.
