***Sales Coordinator will provide support and assistance to Sales team with an array of projects to achieve and increase sales.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Assist preparing presentations and sales documents for buyer meetings.- Generate and update buyer assortment documents and logs as needed.- Update licensor presentations monthly.- Update order tracking logs and charts for multiple categories.- Attend and participate in weekly meetings - including but not limited to Brand, Product Development, Production and Sales meetings.- Crosscheck and review incoming orders for accuracy, delivery, and completion.- Manage and communicate sample requests and WIPs with pre-production and production teams.- Assist in the licensing submission and approval process for all orders start to finish.- Maintain internal platforms such as Basecamp and Nuxeo to ensure style numbers are generated, WIPS are up to date, projects are managed and communicated in a timely manner.- Work across multiple departments including Licensing, Creative, Sales to ensure all deadlines are met.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Inside sales support / customer service / coordination experience.- Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel (REQUIRED).- Ability to use Outlook, Outlook Calendar, and maintain a daily “task list”.- Professional interaction: tactful, positive, effective communicator (verbal and written).- Must exhibit qualities of reliability, punctuality and be able to work with mínimal supervision.- Must be a self-starter and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Express interest in an array of categories of merchandise and licensed brands.- Demonstrate creative/critical thinking and effective problem-solving ability.- Strong attention to detail & high sense of responsibility in your work.- Collaborative spirit & team player attitude - No task is too big or too little**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**:- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.- View and type on computer screens for extended periods of time.Pay: $16,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
