The role involves articulating complex contract details clearly during negotiations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and reviewing contracts while considering risks and opportunities. You will also engage with subscribers, ensuring contract terms meet their needs, all while contributing to the continuous improvement of contract management processes and staying updated on industry trends.**Responsibilities**- Engage with procurement teams, customers to negotiate contracts that align with our ESG-focused apps and solutions- Utilize your in-depth procurement or sourcing expertise to secure advantageous terms and conditions for contracts- Articulate complex contract details clearly during negotiations and provide strategic insights to achieve desired outcomes- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align contract terms with overarching ESG and business goals- Provide strategic insights and recommendations during negotiations, considering both short-term objectives and long-term business sustainability- Identify potential risks and opportunities within contract terms and propose strategies to mitigate risks and maximize value- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and emerging best practices in contract negotiation, procurement, and ESG compliance- Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes and tools, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness**Education**- Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.**Qualifications**- Proven track record of minimum 4 years in sales, contract negotiation and procurement- Strong English verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to confidently lead negotiations on calls- Strong anal
