Brillio has exceptional employees worldwide and is trusted by hundreds of Fortunes 2000 organizations across the globe.**Why Brillio?**Because we are growing fast Really fast, and we need talented people who want to have a profound impact on our customers.**Role: QA Automation****Location Requirement**: Guadalajara, Hybrid.**What Does success mean in this role?**5-7 years of professional experience in software QA, including both manual and automation testingProficiency with test automation tools**:Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or TestCafe**Experience testing **REST APIs** using **Postman, Swagger**, or similar frameworksStrong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, test case design, and defect lifecycleExperience with **CI/CD** tools and workflows (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools like **Jira, TestRail, Zephyr**Working knowledge of **JavaScript, Python, Java**, or similar scripting/programming languages used in test automationExcellent **analytical, problem-solving**, and **communication skills** (both written and verbal)Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agile environment**Daily Activities**:Create and maintain automation test scripts using tools such as **Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or TestCafe**Test and validate REST APIs using tools like **Postman, Swagger**, or custom automation frameworksParticipate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and release activities to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycleDocument defects clearly and track them through resolution using tools such as **Jira**Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to understand features and technical implementationIntegrate test automation into **CI/CD pipelines** using tools like **Jenkins, GitHub Actions**, or **GitLab CI**Maintain and improve test plans, test cases, and documentation using test management tools such as **TestRail** or **Zephyr****Equal Employment Opportunity Declaration**It is the policy of Brillio, Inc. to provide a work environment free of discrimination.
