If you consider yourself a passionate, proactive and courious person that is always willing to learn and give solutions, you can be our next Marketing Project Management Intern for the Creative teamand play a key role in the creation of creative campaigns.Role Responsibilities:- Part of the internal operation management that creates DiDi's owned channels designs, such as banners in the app, CRM and adaptations for Food, Rides and Fintech.- Understanding daily requests to make sure they're complete for the design team to deliver on time.- Understanding Marketing's team needs to make sure we're delivering what's expected.- Learning how to identify improvements on the operation that can help to make DiDi's internal creative process even better.- Managing digital and owned channels adaptations for DiDi's big campaigns.- Working closely with the Project Manager for the negotiation and distribution of daily requestsRole Qualifications:- Interest and understanding of digital advertising formats and channels.- Understanding on Excel and management tools.- Bachelor's on Communications or Marketing with 2 years before graduation date.- Proactivity and always being a step forward for what is needed and a doer when we need to make things right.- A problem solving skills, always think of a solution instead of the problem.- Resilience and the ability to adapt even though times get hard.- Transparency and knowledge of when to ask for help or when something is wrong.- Organization skills, structured and the capacity to handle people.- Fluency in english is a nice to have.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
