Blue Yonder's suite of solutions enables companies to improve their logistics, supply chain planning, and execution, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed BI requirements.- Lead the management of BI projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.- Develop strategic recommendations based on data analysis to enhance business processes and customer outcomes.- Serve as a bridge between the technical developers and business units, facilitating clear communication and project alignment.Role Contribution:- Directly impact strategic decisions by delivering insights that drive business improvements and innovation.- Enhance collaboration and efficiency by effectively managing projects and interfacing between technical and business teams.Required Education:- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's preferred.**Experience**:- Minimum of 5 years' experience in business intelligence, with a strong focus on business analysis and project management.- Demonstrated ability to manage BI projects and work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.- Experience in the supply chain or logistics sectors is highly desirable.Soft Skills:- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
