**Accounts Payable Professional Junior****About the job**RHI Magnesita is looking for an Accounts Payable Professional Junior in Ramos Arizpe, MXThis hybrid position will be responsible for managing or performing work in general financial accounting activities.The Accounts Payable Professional Junior report to the Accounts Payable NAM Process Leader. This position will travel both domestically and internationally with about 10% travel time.**The Accounts Payable Professional Junior's tasks include**:- Ensure compliance with financial transaction recording standards (e.g. general ledger, cash payments/ collections, tax transactions, etc.)- Control/reconciliation of accounts and records (balance sheet, P&L, bank accounts, etc.)- Account reports/schedules for internal audiences (management reporting) and/or for external audiences (compliance reporting) including consolidation of financial statements, cash flow reporting, budget reporting, etc.)- Prepare, record, analyze and report on the cost of producing the organization's products and services- Manage accounts payable/receivable (invoice generation/ verification, payment authorization and processing, reconciliation of accounts)- Administrative/transactional accounting support work, such as ledger maintenance and data entry.**About you**Do you have:- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related- 2- 5 years of experience in accounting- SAP Knowledge- Bi-lingual Spanish and English is strictly required- Proficiency with MS Office Suite of products, specifically MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point- Basic accounting knowledge- Process improvement driven- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure- Exceptional customer service skills both internally and externally**We Offer**:- **Amazing benefits Christmas Bonus, Food vouchers, Saving funds, Life insurance, disability insurance, and more**Do you recognize yourself in this role?****Learn more about us and follow us at**:Find us on: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
