ILC Dover is a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital, which acquired the company in February 2020.**Key Responsibilities**:- Generate Weekly Production Schedule maximizing plant resources- Create Job Orders based on material and capacity- Short/midterm capacity requirement review- Labor load review- Material availability review- Responsible for administration of the expected inventory levels of finished goods and sub-assemblies at plant by division.- Interacts with factory floor to make the production schedule is followed based on dates and priorities given- Escalates identified risks- Data analysis overviews- Direct contact with Customer Service to establish agreements and coordinate on time delivery- Review customer requirements, participate in new product introductions, inventory management, negotiate potential product end of life activities and material flow by cost center- Makes protections for KPIs, financial and operations indicators, as requested by top management- Attends and participates in meetings related to functions- makes presentations as required for KPIs**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s Degree (Supply Chain preferred) or equivalent relevant experience in Supply Chain/Production Planning- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment- English- Strong organizational and communication skills, time management and proven computer skills- Ability to deal with fast paced multiple demands and very dynamic situationsPuesto: Logisitica**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
