And if that’s you we would love to have you join us**Job Description**:**FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES**:- Dar soporte a las diferentes Áreas de producción sobre dudas relacionadas en documentación de órdenes de ingeniería y estándar.- Generar MIR (tickets) para reportar problemas en ordenes al grupo de Ingenieria de aplicaciones o configuración.- Dar seguimiento, validar y posteriormente notificar cuando un problema sea resuelto mediante el sistema de FTPC.- Notificar y dar soporte al grupo de manufactura cuando encuentre problemas que pudiera solucionar.- Notificar cambios en las ordenes mediante el sistema de FTPC.- Cargar nuevos números de partes en SAP.- Participar activamente en proyectos relacionados en la reducción de raíz de los principales problemas en ordenes estándar y de Ingenieria.- Dar soporte a Ingenieros de manufactura en proyectos lean.**Requisitos**:- Escolaridad: Carrera Ingenieria Industrial, Electromecánica, Electrónica, o carrera afín.- Conocimiento del producto MCC preferentemente o experiência en puesto similar.- Conocimiento en SAP- Microsoft office nível básico- Ingles 70%- Disponibilidad de horario- Buen Kardex- Excelente actitud de servicio.
