Wintel Specialist

We are currently seeking a System Engineering Advisor - Wintel to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.This position is for Wintel Team, Seeking resources who has been working on Wintel Projects, Implementations primarily and has good knowledge on dealing with complex steady state issues related to Wintel**Position's General Duties and Tasks**:- Analyzes business needs and recommends ways to optimize IT policies and procedures in achieving business objectives.- Participates in strategic planning and development associated with future design, performance, and capacity management.- Responsible for Major Windows Projects, Server Refresh, New implementation across the environment.- Take care of the vulnerability remediation as a project for all Windows servers.- Acting leader for performing the DR exercise.- Responsible for managing Golden Images & Server Licensing.- Basic scripting knowledge to create any scripting solution.- Acts as a technical expert in the design, architecture, and deployment of new systems to keep the server environment stable and interruptions to a minimum.**Qualifications****Must have Skills**:8+ Years of Experience- Windows Server Administration Expert- Knowledge on Virtualization platforms (Citrix XenApp, VMware)- Windows server clustering & Maintenance**Secondary Skills**5+ Years of experience- Active Directory- Cloud Services - Azure**Nice to have, but not required**:- Hypervisor maintenance- Citrix knowledge**Education Requirements**- Windows Server Admin with 8+ years of Experience.- Good to have any Windows/VMware certifications.**About NTT DATA Services****Job Segment**:Consulting, System Administrator, Virtualization, Technology
