Employees and accounting teams love using Airbase.**About the Job**:**What You’ll Do**:- Manage planning and coordination of various events, including conferences, tradeshows, seminars, workshops, and private Airbase field events.- Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events.- Support logistics planning, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and transportation.- Request event prospectuses and schedule intro calls with event coordinators.- Provide on-site assistance during larger events, ensuring all elements run smoothly and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.- Manage lead capture, coordinate lead flow, and follow-up activities with Marketing and Revenue Operations.**About You**:- Proven extensive experience in event management with a solid understanding of event planning processes.- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- You thrive collaborating in a team with diverse stakeholders.- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms for event promotion.- Preferred technology competencies.- Google Suite (Especially Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides)- Asana or experience with other project management software, zoom, including advanced settings.We offer competitive cash compensation and equity packages, comprehensive benefit plans, parental leave, and generous time off for all of our full-time roles.LI-Remote
