Join our global, agile team and help us influence and drive PepsiCo’s digital transformation**Responsibilities**:**What will you be doing?**This role is responsible to Drive governance of CTO & Delivery process across LatAm Sector and their alignment to global practices and identify continuous improvement areas so that our services can operate without affecting our fundamentals.Within its main areas of responsibilities are:- Financial management and tracking of CTO & Delivery Baseline and P2P processes.- Financial management and tracking of Infrastructure Delivery investment and expenditures.- Demand Intake and Project Management practice and tools.- Vendor Management and interactions with SRM organizations.This role is key in engaging with different internal and external teams (i.e. Finance, Procurement, MSP’s) to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our activities.Qualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- 3+ year experience in Project Budget and Lifecycle Management- 3+ years experience managing vendors in a multilingual, multitechnology environment- 3+ years experience in Design and Optimization of delivery practice processes- Advance English language proficiency- Infrastructure Technology acumen- Vendor Relationship Management acumen**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation package- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs
