Our lemma: "work smart and play hard"Our technology partners are Hashicorp, Cloudbees, Chef, Pagerduty, Docker and SAP.We are seeking an experienced Business Analys Senior.**Essential Skills/Requirements**:- Understand scope the business requirements for implementing the EDW.- Identify BI needs BI requirements from executives, managers or office users and then working with the data warehouse project team to identity, define or implement these business requirements.- Translate business requirements into business specifications and give the business perspective in the design process where extending the analytical reporting environment.- Collaborate with the technical project lead and the data modeler in scoping the technical solution.- Bridge the gap between the business or executive management office and the data warehousing / BI Implementation Team.- Work with data analysts, understand and document the sources of data discrepancies or gaps in business intelligence.- Work with the data modeler, data architect or database developer to create the logical or conceptual data model.**What you can expect from us**At Tech Mahindra, what distinguishes us from other teams is the comfortable environment which engenders trust within teams and with our customers.
