Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:As a New Product Introduction Engineer, you will lead the manufacturing execution of medium-size projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB policy, relevant cyber security regulations and standards, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments.**This position reports to**:Project Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Ensures that the manufacturing execution follows execution best practices and ABB policies.- Effectively monitors and controls project progress.- Monitors and controls new assets and tooling, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow.- Captures, analyses and shares lessons learned throughout the manufacturing implementation.- Drives the formal acceptance of the project from New Product Introduction to Production.- Coordinates with Supply Chain Management and successfully procures required services, materials, and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers.**Your background**:- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanic Engineering, Electric Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer or related.- 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Environment (New Product Introduction/Development is preferred).- Strong Knowledge in Project Management.- CAD/CAM proficiency.- PLM based document control.- Leadership & Personnel management and Negotiation Skills.- Knowledge of SAP.- Proficiency in English.**More about us**:
