Virtual Staging Interior Design Manager

The Virtual Staging Interior Design Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our Client’s interior design projects. This role is responsible for translating client direction into actionable instructions for our team of 3D artists. The Manager will create 2D floorplans using a collection of brand-approved 3D furniture and oversee the production of 150 digital images per week. Immediate responsiveness during normal business hours and strong organizational skills are essential.**Key Responsibilities**- **Client & Job Management**:- Review new job submissions from the Client.- Translate client submissions into clear, actionable instructions for the 3D team.- Receive and respond to Client feedback, updating existing jobs as needed.- **Design & Production**:- Quickly create 2D floorplans using brand-approved 3D furniture.- Oversee the creation of 3D furniture kits and accessory kits.- Update and maintain a library of 3D assets with new additions from the Client.- Create curated collections of accessories for use alongside 3D furniture.- **Team & Process Oversight**:- Work closely with a project coordinator to ensure timely delivery of all assets.- Provide detailed feedback to 3D artists to achieve the Client's desired results.- If successful, expand responsibilities to oversee additional Clients and manage a team of new designers.**Qualifications & Skills**- **Education & Experience**:- Degree or certifications in Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, and/or 3D Art (preferred).- 4-8 years of professional experience with a focus on creating floorplan layouts, accessory selection, and collaborating with 3D digital artists.- **Technical Skills**:- Experience creating 3D renders using 3Ds Max, VRay, Corona, Sketchup, and Blender.- Proficiency with interior design software for creating 2D floorplans.- Proven ability to manage a high volume of projects simultaneously.- **Language & Communication**:- Fluent in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is a bonus.- Exceptional attention to detail and creative decision-making aligned with client brand standards.- Excellent organizational and communication skills.**Compensation & Benefits**- **Salary Range**: 30,000 MXN to 40,000 MXN per month.- **Benefits**:- Hybrid work arrangements available after 6 months.- Opportunity to work in a dynamic, growing company with ample room for professional advancement.**How to Apply**- **Portfolio**: Showcasing relevant digital interior design work.- **Resume**: Highlighting your experience and qualifications.- **Cover Letter**: Outlining specific examples of your related work experience.Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 01/03/2025
