Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Project Specialist_ located in _Guadalajara, North._- Reporting to the Sr Director, Regional HR Business Partner, Project Specialist role manages low-to-medium complexity projects to meet organizational performance indicators (cost, delivery, quality, etc.) while ensuring employee well-being. Responsibilities include conducting regular employee interviews, addressing shift-specific needs, managing surveys, and ensuring follow-up on tickets and requests. Additionally, the role oversees annual audits to enhance organizational processes and employee satisfaction._What a typical day looks like:- _ Conduct regular interviews with employees to assess their well-being and identify any needs across different shifts._- _ Ensure the completion and analysis of employee surveys, ticket resolutions, and requests._- _ Review daily production schedule and identify problem areas._- _ Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues._- _ Oversee annual audit cycles across various departments, ensuring compliance and process optimization._- _ Facilitate training sessions for HR generalists and team members participating in the program._- _ Collaborate with cross-functional teams_- _ Foster positive relationships with employees and leaders across different levels of the organization, from line managers to senior executives._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_- _ Experience managing low-to-medium complexity projects._- _ Proficient in preparing and presenting reports_- _ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting) and PowerPoint_- _ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences._- _ Advanced English level_What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.MG61Job CategoryOperations**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
