Our technological expertise creates a more sustainable future for us all**Position Summary**Parker Mexico is looking for a: Process EngineerDeterminar los métodos de operación con la finalidad de alcanzar las tasas de productividad, costo, servicio y calidad, asegurando la continuidad de la operación mediante la aplicación de herramientas de mejora continua.**Responsibilities**- Proveer al área de producción la información técnica y metodos necesarios para cujplir con las especificaciones de producto y proceso establecidos.- Incrementar el porcentaje de productividad en las areas de producción de acuerdo con los requerimientos establecidos por la división- Llevar a cabo capacitaciones con el fin de desarrollar habilidades y competencias de la gente que manufactura los productos- Lograr las metas de seguridad establecidas- Desarrollar y capacitar a los equipos de alto desempeño enfocados a la mejora continua con herramientas Lean- Reducir el porcentaje de desperdicio (Scrap, PPM's, COPQ) en las áreas de producción de acuerdo a los requerimientos- Desarrollar proyectos de crecimiento de manufactura- Llevar a cabo el control de altas, cambios y bajas de productos y/o de información técnica de ingeniería.- Implementar sistemas de kanban**Qualifications**- Orientado a la Gente- Orientado al Servicio- Manejo de Conflictos- Liderazgo Manejo del cambio**Language Tags
