DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.Team Overview:Incorpórate a DIDI Call Center de Cobranza, estamos en búsqueda de talento para integrarlo al equipo de trabajo, ocupando el puesto de IT support.Role Responsibilities:Funciones:- Instalación y actualización de programas informáticos, equipo de cómputo y unidades periferias.- Operar los sistemas y dispositivos informáticos requeridos para el desempeño de la empresa- Realizar el respaldo periódico de la información almacenada en los servidores de datos que soportan la operación de los sistemas administrativos de los equipos de cómputo propiedad de la empresa- Asistir en el diagnóstico, mantenimiento y reparaciones menores de los equipos y sistemas de la empresa- Orientar a los usuarios respecto del manejo de paquetería y programas computacionales instalados en los equipos propiedad de la empresa. - Instalación y configuración de software- Soporte técnico en sitio y remoto- Realizar reportes y bases de datos de las actividades efectuadas.Role Qualifications:**Requisitos**:- Técnico en informática o afín- Experiência comprobable 6 meses dando soporte técnico en sitio- Conocimientos en: SO Windows, Configuración de exploradores de internet como IE, Crome, Edge, Firefox- Configuración de Impresoras- Diagnostico a nível de Software y Hardware- Mantenimientos preventivos- Router and switching Conocimientos Básicos- Aplicación de políticas locales- Integración con AD- Atención a usuarios VIPEEO Statement:**You'll love working at DiDi because**- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
