Job Title: Business Analyst - Data Migration (LATAM-Based)Location: Remote - Mexico & LATAM**Job Type**: ContractorStart Date: ASAP (Ideally within 2 weeks after interview completion)Duration: 12 monthsWork Hours: 09:00 - 18:00 ESTAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst - Data Migration to join our team andand collaborate with ETL developers for successful migration.Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with client SMEs to understand business data and its relationship with- Analyze client data and document data mapping requirements for ETL developers.- Provide insights and recommendations on data migration strategy, validation, andintegrity.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, andproject stakeholders.- Conduct data analysis, identify discrepancies, and propose solutions for datatransformation.- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving migration-related issues.- Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices in data migration processes.Required Qualifications & Skills:- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data migration projects.- Strong knowledge of SQL and data structures.- Experience working with ETL processes and collaborating with ETL developers.- Kufri Certification preferred.- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.- Ability to work independently and efficiently in remote environments.Nice to Have:- Experience in insurance industry data migration.- Knowledge of data governance and regulatory requirements.- Prior experience in LATAM or APAC market projects.Why Join Us?- Work on a high-impact data migration project with a leading client in the insuranceindustry.- Remote work with flexible hours.- Competitive compensation and opportunity for contract extensions.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
