Realizar proyectos y estudios de inversión código 1 y 3 así como aquellos asignados a UPE (Underbody Process Engineering) de acuerdo con los requerimientos de la corporación. Estos proyectos incluyen volúmenes de producción, capacidades, presupuestos, layouts, programas de inversión y aplican desde el estudio de un nuevo equipo o herramienta hasta la planeación y ejecución de una nueva planta.- Emitir proyectos de inversión definitivos de acuerdo con los lineamientos y especificaciones de la plataforma correspondiente de ingeniería de producto, desarrollo de layouts definitivos, emisión de programas y planes de control aso como paquetes de especificaciones de equipos y herramientas de acuerdo con los lineamientos de SPW (Stellantis Production Way).- Evaluar técnicamente propuestas de proveedores para la fabricación de máquinas, equipos, dispositivos y/o facilidades mediante la coordinación con los mismos para obtener tiempos de diseñ;o, construcción, instalación y soporte técnico con apego a lineamientos y especificaciones de SPW.- Elaboración y autorización para el pago de facturas con comprobación física de obra ejecutada, ingeniería y/o aceptación de equipo.- Control y administracion de proyectos en tiempo, calidad y fondos actualizados en los portales adecuados.- Elaboración de requisiciones de compra debidamente soportadas con evaluaciones técnicas, ciclo costo vida, Matriz x, PFMEAs, DFMEAs para la manufactura de nuevos modelos basados en las herramientas del sistema SPW.- Seguimiento y verificación de especificaciones durante la construcción de maquinaria, herramientas y calibradores.- Resolver todas las discrepancias y reportes de inconformidad de proceso atribuibles a los equipos, herramientas y hojas de proceso.**Requirements**:**5 añ;os de experiência mínimo en**:- Proyectos de manufactura de líneas de ensamble y/o equipos de prueba (dinamómetros, probadoras de fugas, cold test).- Elaboración de hojas de proceso, PFMEAs, planes de control y manejo básico de sistemas de calidad (CNs, boletines, formatos de calidad, etc.)- Conocimiento básico de sistemas de medición y GD&T, interpretación de dibujos técnicos.- Manejo de sistemas CAD 2D y 3D.- Implementación de nuevos sistemas de manufactura.**Idiomas adicionales**- Ingles: leído, escrito y hablado mínimo 75%.- Frances: conocimiento básico preferente.
