Each of our global Employee Networks bring together employees, create dialogue and awareness in support of our Diversity and Inclusion.Bank of America is an equal opportunities employerThe role we are looking to fill sits within the Global Corporate and Investment Banking division, and will work as part of the Corporate Banking team based in Mexico City.As an Associate, your main responsibilities will include:- Assist Corporate Banking professionals in relationship management, origination and execution across a diverse set of product areas- Support the team in the development of detailed corporate finance analysis, gaining exposure to a broad range of products including bonds, loans, leases, FX, rates and treasury solutions- Work on live transactions and interact with professionals from across the bank as you build your network and experience Gain an in-depth understanding of our clients, the industries in which they operate and how the bank helps support both their growth aspirations and day-to-day banking requirements- Develop a strong understanding of market fundamentals and be able to make informed contributions on a broad array of financing strategies that address client’s specific needs- Work closely with all LOBs on client coverage and origination- Directly involved in execution and origination with clients**Core skills and requirements**- Excellent business origination and closing skills, relevant experience in a client facing role;- Strong knowledge of the industry/market practices/trends and client banking needs;- Ability to identify, understand and manage credit and risk.
