**Job Title**: AP Specialist**On-Site Position****Reports to**: AP Accounting Manager**Salary Range**: $22,000mxn-$25,000mxn before taxes**Seniority Level**: Jr.**Responsibilities**:- Code and process invoices and credit memos in accordance with internal accounting policies- Communicate with business owners to ensure expenses are captured in the appropriate period and expensed to the correct department- Resolve vendor inquiries and disputes- Review expense reimbursements and credit card reports for accuracy in coding, recode as needed- Ensure expense reimbursements and credit card reports are in line with company policy- Assist with month end close accruals and journal entries- Prepare analysis of accounts as required- Assist with yearly 1099 reporting as needed- Vendor card maintenance- Willing to help in other areas as needed- Ad hoc requestsQualifications:- 3+ years of experience in an accounting function, preferably accounts payable- Familiarity with Startups and Startup work environments a big plus- Sense of urgency and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Able to plan and set priorities in order to meet multiple deadlines- Flexible team player and detail oriented- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and best practices- Comfortable working and communicating with remote teams- Comfortable with ExcelBonus Points:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skillsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $22,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- tres: 3 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés conversacional (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
