**Job Description**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Verify order details, pricing, product availability, and shipping information to ensure accuracy.- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product information, pricing, and shipping details.- Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, shipping, sales, and billing) to ensure timely order fulfillment.- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.- Identify opportunities to improve the order entry process and customer experience.**Qualifications**:- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, order entry, or a related field.- Proficiency in order management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.- Problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.**Preferred Skills**:- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar).- Familiarity with e-commerce order processing.- Knowledge of inventory and supply chain processes.
