Descripción

  • Oversee financial operations including accounts, budgeting, and audit preparations.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Lead and mentor the Accounting & Finance team to promote professional development.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance and report on financial health.
  • Collaborate with the management team to set financial targets and develop budgets.
  • Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
  • Lead the fixed asset activities within the company (+ CAPEX)

Perfil buscado

A successful Accounting Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations (IFRS, USGAAP and NIFS).
  • Proficiency in SAP or a similar ERP.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytic skills.
  • Advanced level of English and Spanish is required.
