Experiência:Asumirá las funciones del segundo nível de soporte y monitorización 24x7 para productos PALO ALTO.Supervisará la adecuada prestación del servicio de monitorización, apoyando y orientando al primer nível en caso necesario.Realizará labores de segundo nível de soporte dando seguimiento avanzado a las incidencias de soporte.Asumirá la evaluación previa e implementación de las solicitudes de gestión remota. Generará y/o validará informes periódicos o puntuales a clientes.
