Works with customers to overcome barriers to provide best in class customer support.About the Role:- Performs order handling process including receipt of order, adjustments and cancelations. (40%)- Builds strong customer relationships, through proactively informing customers on order status. (30%)- Point person for internal inquiries - order management and SAP activities. (20%)- Conducts on-board training and assessment, refresher course on standard order management procedures. (10%)- Other duties as assigned.About You:- 2-3 years of customer service in a manufacturing industry- Team Player great personality, excellent phone / communication skills both written and oral.- Results oriented, good problem solving skills- Good organizational and proactive skills- A “Self Starter”- thinker, doer - a person that initiates work.- Must be proficient in Word and Excel- Fluent and advanced English skills both written and spoken.- Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.— ,.LI-KRL
