In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, improving product quality and implementing cost-effective solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations effectively.**Key Responsibilities**- Develop and implement manufacturing processes and systems.- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new manufacturing processes.- Optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.- Identify areas for process improvement and develop innovative solutions.- Ensure compliance with automotive standards and regulations in manufacturing processes.- Manage and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and improve product quality.- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process failures.- Train and mentor the production team on new processes and technologies.- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.- Collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement quality control measures.- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.What will you need as a successful **Manufacturing Engineer**?- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in the automotive industry.- Strong understanding of automotive technologies, manufacturing processes, systems and equipment.- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Advanced English level.- Availability to relocate to Arizona, US.We offer:- This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic project with a high potential of growth.- Opportunity to develop the professional career further.- Competitive compensation package.- Flexibility, teamwork and a great work environment.Does it sound like an interesting role for you?- IT8 is an equal-opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
