Our dedication to excellence extends beyond our products; we're committed to building a talented team that shares our passion for coffee and exceptional customer service.**Position Overview****Key Responsibilities****Financial Analysis and Accounting**:- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes- Produce management reports and financial statements with actionable insights- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting**Operations Management**:- Optimize inventory control processes, including stocking orders and drop-shipping- Manage shipping logistics, coordinating with international partners for air and ocean shipments- Ensure seamless integration between inventory, e-commerce, and payment systems- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure and enhance operational performanceIdentify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency**Strategic Support**:- Provide data-driven recommendations to support business growth and expansion plans- Collaborate with leadership to develop financial and operational strategies- Identify and implement cost-saving measures across the organization- Proactively address potential issues before they impact the business**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and operations management, preferably in e-commerce or retail- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP and financial modeling tools- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting- Experience with inventory management and logistics in an e-commerce setting- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule with opportunities for growth- Work remotely from the comfort of your own home- Join a dynamic and passionate international team in the exciting world of coffee**How to Apply**:If you're ready to join our team and play a key role in shaping our talented workforce, please submit your resume in English (resumes in other languages will be immediately disqualified).
