Dedicated to sustainability and creating comfortable, healthier environments for our residential and commercial customers while reducing their carbon footprint, we lead the field in innovation with our cooling, heating, indoor air quality, and refrigeration systems.**Job Description**:**This position m**onitoring **ay-to-day activities (regular Indirect procurement) for the site.**:***Responsibilities**:- Conduct internal contract checkpoints to minimize risks and leverage new opportunities.- Lead and execute Supplier negotiations and Request for Quotations (RFQ’s- Seek out potential suppliers and develop new sources of Indirect supplies.- Optimise purchasing costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.- Collaborate with engineering, planning, scheduling and material control in coordinating material logistics for schedule maintenance projects.- Supplier care follow up (Quality, Quantity and Time factors).- Expedites the orders by suppliers to meet production.- ScorecardsQualifications:**Requirements**:Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Requires at least 3 years related experience making sourcing and suppliers development. Capable to address the job-related challenges in autonomous and independent way. Requires expert negotiation abilities and above strong analytical skills.Shows excellent verbal and written communication skills including with executives or in international contexts. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects.Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem-solving skills in the dynamic environment. Requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. May require MS Access experience. Positivity & right demeanor, strong sense of urgency to resolve issues. INMEX background and follow up. Competent in computerized procurement systems. Advance English
