Job Title T&E Analyst at RGP We are pleased to share that we are seeking a "T&E Analyst" to join a project within a globally recognized company in the pharmaceutical sector. 2-3 years of proven T&E processes and systems. Proficient in English oral and written (active communication with Canadian population). What you will work on Selected candidates will actively provide timely assistance and customer‑oriented support for incoming queries (Solution Center) and issues related to T&E processes and systems and function as a second level support. They will support requestors, stakeholders (internal and external) and suppliers to solve issues that are more complex related to the T&E process. The first month selected candidates will be working two days on site three remotely, however needs to be flexible for working 100% on site when needed. What you will bring 2-3 years of financial experience, Accounts Payable or any other related finance field. 2-3 years of T&E end‑to‑end process (mandatory). Spanish & English (advanced written and spoken). 3rd language is a plus. Experience in MS suite, Excel advanced, SAP, CWT, Citi Manager and CONCUR environment (mandatory requirements). In‑depth knowledge of T&E processes and system solutions. T&E system & tools. What you can expect Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
