Si entonces este rol es sólo para ti**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**- Aterrizar la estrategia de la marca en una estrategia alineada a las de los clientes del canal moderno, poniendo al shopper en el centro.- Desarrollar y ejecutar iniciativas data driven y shopper-centric que nos permitan capitalizar oportunidades al plan central.- Desarrollar la estrategia de Design 4 Channel para nuestros canales prioritarios y la co-creación con ventas de los JBPs- Toma de decisiones tácticas entre clientes durante el corto y mediano plazo para asegurar la entrega del plan financiero de las marcas y del JBP de los clientes (en especial Sell Out).- Responsable del proceso de S&OP (en particular: Customer Review y Business Meeting).- Alocación del presupuesto de Trade Marketing Investment de la marca dentro los clientes/prioridades, cumpliendo mensualmente con los TMI% provisionados durante la planeación.- Creación y evaluación financiera de actividades Promocionales para las marcas dentro de los clientes.- Creación de Trade Stories convincentes (basados en insights del mercado, shopper y ventas de los clientes) que ayuden a ventas a influenciar positivamente a nuestros clientes para ejecutar las prioridades del negocio.**¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA APLICAR A** LA VACANTE?****Experiência**- Experiência en CCD, Ventas (no indispensable, pero preferible).**Habilidades**- Data-Driven skills en cuanto al análisis, diagnóstico, comunicación clara del mismo y determinación de accionables.- Manejo de Power BI (preferible, pero no indispensable)- Comunicación efectiva con Stakeholders y skills que le permitan el desarrollo de Network con los mismos.- Financial Accumen.- Shopper Centric: poner al shopper/consumidor al centro de todas las decisiones.- Microsoft Office.**Liderazgo**- Bias for Action & Accountability: “owners mentality” hace que las cosas sucedan a través su network y el trabajo en equipo.- Agility- Passion for High Performance- Business Acumen
