Jr Copywriter

We’re looking for a **detail-oriented Copywriter** to join our dynamic marketing team at a fast-growing staffing and recruiting firm.In this role, you’ll transform technical job descriptions into compelling, easy-to-read postings that attract top talent. You’ll be responsible for rewriting and optimizing job ads based on information sourced from various systems, ensuring they reflect our brand voice and meet the highest quality standards across platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.**What You’ll Do**- **Create and optimize job postings**: Review, rewrite, and adapt job descriptions to make them clear, engaging, and aligned with our tone and format.- **Manage publishing platforms**: Upload and publish postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards, ensuring consistency and accuracy.- **Collaborate with teams**: Partner with recruiters and operations to understand each role and its ideal audience.- **Maintain top quality**: Proofread and edit all content to ensure flawless grammar, style consistency, and professionalism.**What We’re Looking For**- Excellent English writing, proofreading, and editing skills.- Previous experience in **copywriting, content creation, or marketing communications**.- Familiarity with **VMS systems** and **job posting platforms** (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) is a plus.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for great writing.If you’re creative, meticulous, and love turning information into impactful copy that connects with people — we’d love to hear from you**Location**: Remote**Employment Type**: Full-timeTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $15,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
