Responsable ante el Supervisor de Entrenamiento, de impartir el Proceso de O+EB y Entrenamientos a personal operativo e Indirecto, promover la educación para los adultos, ejecutar los controles de la STPS, Control Interno, EOS, Procedimientos e instrucciones de entrenamiento y apoyo en el cumplimiento del OS de RH en el proceso de Negocio.**Habilidades requeridas**- Preparatoria, Carrera Técnica, Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas / Pedagogía / Psicología/ Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales o un campo relacionado.- Comunicación efectiva y facilidad de palabra.- Método de 4 pasos.- Trabajo en equipo.- Control y Manejo de grupos.- Manejo básico de equipo de cómputo.- Uso de MS Office intermedio.- Ingles básico.**Funciones Generales**- Impartición del programa de Orientación + Entrenamiento Básico del personal de Nuevo Ingreso.- Coordinación del programa de Orientación + Entrenamiento Básico.- Logística del programa de O+EB (Material, Instructores y Salas).- Impartición del entrenamiento Teórico/Practico.- Aplicación de exámenes Teórico/Practico.- Elaboración de Formato DC-3.- Registro en sistema electrónico LAS.- Impartición de Entrenamientos del plan de desarrollo de habilidades del personal Directo e Indirecto.- Elaboración de material instruccional.- Elaboración de Planes de entrenamiento en conjunto con las áreas involucradas.- Coordinación de logística (Invitaciones, Material, Instructores y Salas).- Registro en sistema electrónico LAS.- Apoyo y seguimiento a los sistemas internos y legales.- Control y documentación para cumplimiento a los sistemas internos EOS.- Control y documentación para cumplimiento a las auditorías internas, externas (BSI) y legales.- Soporte en la logística de eventos de entrenamiento.- Apoyo en el diseño de material instruccional.- Coordinación de logística de salas.- Preparación de Material instruccional (lista de asistencias, evaluación del evento, etc.)- Coordinación y soporte en los programas de educación.- Vinculación con INEA.- Soporte a INEA en proyectos de escolarización.- Cualquier otra actividad laboral relacionada con su puesto.Aptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
