**Integrated Business Planning Manager**:- Mexico City, Mexico- Supply Chain - Corporate- - Estée Lauder Companies**Job Description**:The primary role of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager is reporting and supporting the Enterprise Integrated Business Planning team. This person will manage and enable the IBP process through analytical solutions that will unlock business insights and enable impactful decisions to drive value. The IBP Manager will also be responsible for designing, updating, and analyzing dynamic data models to ensure that the IBP process is delivering on its core principles.This position requires a strong data and analytical mindset, coupled with an understanding of demand, supply, and financial planning to ensure IBP success.**Qualifications** Key Roles and Responsibilities**:- Enable IBP process through data & analytics (ad-hoc analysis based on business needs, demand, supply, financial, marketing, segmentation, etc.)- Validate statistical models and compare accuracy with statistical plans across brands and regions- Recommend changes to statistical forecasting models and input parameters to optimize accuracy and reduce bias- Configure dashboards and maintain relevant reports to provide real time insights on IBP performance metrics- Perform analysis to support IBP execution in partnership with functions, regions, as required- Manage communications with region, brand, and category teams related to IBP Lite data and analytics- Run working sessions with region, brand, and category teams to support enterprise IBP process- Track plan performance post IBP meetings and consolidate reporting for feedback and review**Key Qualifications**:- Overall knowledge and familiarity of the IBP process- Possesses advanced capabilities in Excel, PowerPoint, and select other tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau)- Proficient in conducting research, data analysis, and insight generation; draws insights where applicable- Consistently compares findings to baselines, can understand impact of the findings and then calls out the order of magnitude or differences noticed- Disciplined and detail oriented, while developing project management skills**Job**: Supply Chain - Corporate**Primary Location**: Latin America-MX-CMX-Mexico City**Job Type**: Standard**Schedule**: Full-time**Shift**: 1st (Day) Shift**Job Number**: We welcome people with all types of disabilities.
