The Senior ERP Business Analyst will be responsible for teaming with business stakeholders to continually improve and support the company’s Dynamics Finance and Operations and interfacing systems. The position is a full-time, remote role in Mexico. Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT leadership to continually identify opportunities for improvement. Define how the ERP and other integrated applications such as CRM can improve business activities, workflows, and processes leading to more efficient and reliable operations. Lead the requirements, design, test, deployment and adoption of new feature and enhancement development. Document requirements, collaborate with business partners to determine solutions, create, maintain, and track project plans, deliver solutions and provide ongoing support functions. Support the ongoing monitoring of level 1 and 2 support items to ensure systems and interfaces are operating as designed and data integrity is maintained. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) test case development and processes. Engage with business leaders to develop change management and new feature adoption plans, including establishing metrics to measure adoption and tracking those metrics. Support the business with documenting processes and controls as it relates to D365 F&O. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance or Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience). 7+ years of relevant work experience, including technical and business analysis experience. 3-5+ years’ experience configuring and developing in Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations, SAP, Oracle or comparable; working experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O is strongly desired. Experience in project-based organizations is a strong plus, particularly in environments where project accounting is a core business function. PowerBI or comparable applications and solutions a strong plus. Extensive experience as a Business Analyst with strong business acumen and the ability to develop solutions for complex business problems. Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into requirements and user stories for development. Effective facilitation skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to guide business leaders in adopting best practices and scalable processes to drive operational efficiency. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines; works well in a remote team environment. Aptitude for analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to stay organized across multiple workstreams. Key Competencies Strategic thinking, strong organization, and process orientation. Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a cross-disciplinary audience.
