Individualmente somos talentosos, pero juntos somos imparables.**About this role**:**Key roles and responsibilities**:Sales Win:- Technical Sales support and Design-InSolutions:- Interoperability development and testing- Content creation - Solution Guides, DVP, White Papers, Sales Collateral and DocumentationTech Service:- Case resolution management (Salesforce tools)- Knowledgebase development- Troubleshooting, RMA avoidance and customer support- Customer Satisfaction**Qualified applicants will have**:- Minimum 2 years of experience- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work well in a highly cross-functional environment- Excellent English and Spanish communication skills. Ability to simplify and explain complex technical issues.- Ability to travel nationally and internationally as needed.- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM & Service Cloud preferred.**Required experience in**:- Lighting Controls - DALI, DMX, 0-10V, Wireless protocols, Emergency Power, IoT, BACnet, App based- Lighting Components - Power Electronics, LED driver, EM battery driver, sensors, LED light engine- Lighting/controls compliance - UL, ENEC, NEC, FCC, T24, Energy Star, DLC- Interoperability - Lighting Control Systems, Sensors, Drivers, EM, LED Light engines, Wireless, IoT- Field Support - remote troubleshooting and problem solving- Testing protocols - Troubleshooting interoperability, Fault/failure analysis- Use of lab testing equipment - Oscilloscope, Thermal, RF, EMI, power- National and International travel for Sales and Trade Show support**Travel Requirements**:- 1-20%**Physical Requirements**:- Light work**Iluminamos el camino a un mundo Brillante, Productivo y Conectado
