CX Experiência Cliente NPS**Requisitos**:- Lic. Económico Administrativo, Mercadotecnia, Actuaría, Ingeniería, informática o afín (titulado o pasante)- Certificaciones deseables : Metodologías de gestión Agile, waterfull, Scrum,Proyectos Híbridos, Design Thinking, Creative Problem Solving- Sector de procedencia financiero (deseable)- Experiência mínimo 3 años en puesto similar- Vacante híbridaConocimientos Requeridos:- Gestión de indicador NPS-avanzado- Bussines Analyst (manejo de grandes volúmenes de información y dashboard)-avanzado- Power BI-intermedio- Customer Experience-intermedio- Research-intermedio- Conocimiento en metodologías centradas en el usuario (lean canvas, design thinking, creative problem solving, Behavioral Design, business model canvas, service design, Storytelling, Transformación Digital, entre otros) intermedio- Construcción de journeys-intermedioFunciones:1.Responsable de la gestión integral de NPS en la compañía.2.Desarrollar / coordinar proyectos enfocados en la mejora de servicio al cliente.3.Difundir la cultura de servicio dentro de la organización.4.Proponer encuestas que monitoreen el nível de satisfacción y recomendación de los clientes(relacionales y transaccionales).5.Realizar las encuestas de satisfacción y recomendación de los clientes.6.Analizar la información proporcionada en las encuestas para generar planes de mejora continua.7.Asegurar los cierres de loop de los detractores.Ofrecemos:Sueldo base competitivo + prestaciones superiores
