Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Hardware Engineer located in Guadalajara North Campus.Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager the Hardware Engineer role involves Hardware development (circuits or systems) for process automation / digitalization projects in the different Flex organizations.What a typical day looks like.- Development of electronic circuits to interface with manual test or process equipment.- Diagnosis and repair of equipment cards.- Support during the implementation, development, and maintenance of the developed and implemented systems.- Participate in the different Flex organizations both in the GDL sites and in some of Mexico or outside the country.- Interpretation of electronic circuits to be able to decipher their use and mode of operation.- Work with suppliers to carry out projects.- Teamwork with different areas within the organization.- Systems delivery reports to the team that runs the operation where the systems are implementedThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Bachelor´s Degree in electronics / mechatronics / design.- Experience in similar position.- Experience in the development of electronic circuits and sensors.- Like to collaborate in different organizations and to be coupled to a dynamic environment (work in different buildings).- Intermediate- Advanced English.- Like to learn and belong to a general support area.- Schedule availability- Network configuration (servers) is also a plus.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund..- Life InsuranceAU51LI-AU1Job CategoryDesign, Process & Technology Engineering
