The position is complex. This person needs to identify opportunity areas, solve problems and propose improvements.Role Responsibilities:- Organize workflow fraud process on transactions- Prepare and send performance, and weekly reports- Align process with China- Monitoring to the Fraud process- Give feedback and propose improvements to the process- Ensure compliance with company and legal policies and procedures and report any deviationRole Qualifications:- +5 years experience in Fraud prevention process- Bachelor degree in business administration or similar.- Critical thinking- Work as key contact with other areas- Comunication skills- Teamwork- Attention to detail- Experience in financial products- Act as important Disseminator of DiDi Culture- Understanding english level, reading and writing.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
