Nos impulsa nuestro propósito, nuestro legado y buscamos visionarios que creen el futuro con nosotros.¿Suena como un juego que quieras ganar?**¿A quién buscamos?**Estamos buscando a nuestro próximo Coach Consumer Experience quien liderará la estrategia de experiência premium para nuestros consumidores, membership y entrenaimentos de nuestra nueva Flagship Store: Nike Mexico City.Esta persona será la responsable de elevar la experiência de compra para nuestros consumidores además de asegurar los entrenamientos de producto y servicio para el equipo.**¿En qué trabajarás?**- Responsable del entrenamiento equipo de tienda- Responsable de ejecutar las estrategias y los diferentes servicios “agregados” dentro de tienda- Desarrollar Estrategias de community engagement- Estrategia de comunicación de la marca hacia la comunidad.- Estrategias incrementar comunidad membership, y los distintos canales digitales- Coordinar onboarding para todo el equipo.- Hacer resurtidos sobre los insights del Lead sobre los productos de personalización / limpieza- Analisis del sell thru de los materiales de personalización / limpieza,- Entrenamiento experiência del consumidor.- Ejecutar estrategias de lanzamientos y conexiones elevadas con el consumidor.- Iniciativas de producto- Conocimiento en área de deportes así como de tecnologías de prodcuto.- Elevar en la ejecución nuestros programas de servicio- Trabajar de la mano con EKIN / TC’SLiderazgo en piso de ventas:- Manejar el liderazgo de piso de ventas.- Feedback de los consumidores (Pulse)- Recopilar insights y generar estrategias
