Accounting Services Analyst I

o Assists Team Leaders / Managers in preparing metrics.- Assists with audits by providing supporting records and documentation.- Ensures that adequate and updated process documentation and desktop procedures exists and is used.- Ensures adherence to internal and external guidelines as well as to a standardized process landscape.- Generate Invoices after immediate requests during the whole shift.- Monitors & review progress and immediately alerts Management if any red flags are observed.- Extended shift / Weekend availability during month end closing.**Skills / Habilities**:- High sense of urgency.- At least 1 year Finance Operations experience (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Audit, Accounting, Cadastro, Vendor Master).- Automotive industry Finance & Accounting knowledge is highly desired.- Capable of working under pressure.- Fast paced environment worker.- Logical thinking is a must.- Pro-activeness is a must.- Client Centered & Quality Focused.- Strong at Excel (highly desired).
