Senior Marketing/ Growth Specialist

**About the Role**:Tax advisory and preparation firm and international structuring, offshore banking, and global tax optimization are seeking a **senior marketing professional**to help define and execute digital marketing strategy. This role combines **strategic leadership with hands-on execution**, working closely with leadership to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth. You’ll collaborate with team members and contractors to implement initiatives across all channels.This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of **AI, analytics, and creativity**, and who can think strategically while executing tactically.**Key Responsibilities****Strategic Marketing Leadership**:- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals: client retention, new client acquisition, and attracting higher-value clients.- Partner with senior leadership to define, implement, and track quarterly goals and outcomes.- Guide team members and contractors with clear assignments and accountability.**Performance Marketing & Analytics**:- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) with significant budget responsibility.- Build and manage a robust marketing analytics stack and dashboard reporting infrastructure.- Develop attribution models to understand multi-touch customer journeys.- Continuously test ad creatives, copy, and audiences to improve ROI and reduce CAC.- Deliver performance reports and actionable insights to leadership.**Conversion Optimization & Growth**:- Lead the redesign and optimization of sales funnels and signup flows to increase conversion rates.- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to improve landing pages and user experiences.- Implement A/B and multivariate testing via tools like Hotjar, GA4, and Mixpanel.- Propose and execute UX improvements grounded in data-driven insights.**Multi-Channel Strategy & Execution**:- Advise on organic and paid social strategies and emerging trends.- Support influencer, referral, and community marketing efforts.- Manage strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives.**AI-First Marketing Operations**:- Champion the adoption of AI across all marketing functions; train team on effective prompt engineering.- Leverage AI tools for content creation, optimization, segmentation, and predictive modeling.- Continuously explore and adopt emerging AI marketing technologies.**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:- Collaborate with sales to refine MQL processes and create sales enablement assets.- Work with customer success to align retention and upsell initiatives.- Coordinate with accounting/ops for accurate tracking and reporting.- Manage execution across internal contributors and external vendors/agencies.**Experience & Skills**:- 5+ years in digital/growth/performance marketing with a track record of strategic ownership.- Experience developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.- Proven success managing large advertising budgets with strong ROI.- Expertise in analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, BigQuery, etc.) and marketing automation.- Knowledge of funnel optimization, CRO, and attribution modeling.- Fluent EnglishREMOTE
