Reporting to the OGC Finance Planning Manager, will be responsible for the coordination and the correct execution of the Office of Governance & Control strategic planThe Finance Planning Coordinator will work with OGC team partners, In Business Control Officers, KYC lines of business and other functions key stakeholders.**Job Background/context**:The Office of Governance & Control is a function within the “first line of defense”, and the CAO of Legacy Franchises. It is responsible for strengthening the control environment across the entire franchise and to build a more effective Governance Structure and Operating Model.**Key responsibilities**:**_ Strategy & Planning_**- Coordination of the financial & strategic planning defined for OGC.- Manage special projects that directly impact workforce planning- Support financial planning & administrative environment- Support the execution of Internal Administration aspects of the OGC (Budgeting, CMU, Premises, IT, HR, Vendor Management, etc.)**Development Value**:- The role involves close interaction with OGC peers, In Business Control Officers, GFB 1st / 2nd / 3rd Lines of defense liaisons, KYC lines of business and other stakeholders.**Job Specification****Knowledge/Experience**:- Bachelor’s degree at least 7 to 10 years of experience in related functions- Financial services industry experience required- Compliance, risk and control knowledge- Strategic planning, budgeting and PMO functions desirable**Skills**:- Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative approach to operational management- Integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed- Strategic and goal-oriented thinker- Strong interpersonal skills - including teamwork and organizational skills- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task- Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines and with unexpected requirement changes**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Administrative or equivalent experience- Intermediate English and Spanish is desired.**Competencies**:- Ability to foster co-operative and collaborative working- Proactively manage and escalate issues- Drive the successful & timely completion of programs/initiatives to achieve business goals- Create a positive working environmentReporting to the OGC Finance Planning Manager, will be responsible for the coordination and the correct execution of the Office of Governance & Control strategic planThe Finance Planning Coordinator will work with OGC team partners, In Business Control Officers, KYC lines of business and other functions key stakeholders.**Job Background/context**:The Office of Governance & Control is a function within the “first line of defense”, and the CAO of Legacy Franchises.
