Clients include Fortune 500 companies, manufacturing, process and energy industries, and other commercial and government customers.GP Strategies has an immediate need for a **Design & Development Leader**, to perform the training delivery service in Mexico, for one of our big clients.**POSITION NAME AND COUNTRY WHERE THE VACANCY IS LOCATED.****Design & Development LeaderResponsible for providing Instructional Design services and working closely with one (or various if needed) of GP Strategies’ Global clients to conceptualize, design, and write highly interactive learning solutions (e-learning, instructor-led training, blended solutions) that target learning objectives and improve performance.Supporting and overseeing a team of ISD’s on a project-by-project basis.To ensure that the Equality and Diversity, Health and Safety and Quality Operating Policies and Procedures are adhered to within your area of responsibility and by your direct reports and that any non-compliance is reported to the appropriate level of management.To ensure that the Corporate Values of the Company are actively promoted and always implementedTo support a culture that promotes teamwork and discourages divisiveness at all organizational levelsTo act in accordance with your confidentiality agreement with the company at all timesTo communicate with internal and external agencies, staff, customers, management and peers in a manner appropriate to your position alwaysTo make decisions and implement actions, involving customers, employees, suppliers, partners and peers, which are in accordance with the values of the CompanyProject Management activities.Other duties may be assigned from time to time as the situation requires.BACKGROUND REQUIRED (years of experience, and which specific areas).Proven experience in the ISD and Project Managements fieldsManaged large training projects \ design teams Systematic approach to training designCommercially awarenessExperience working with MS suiteHigh attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsSKILLSExperience working with UXPs (User Experience Platforms, Degreed would be an advantage).Experienced in the generalist learning professional areaProven experience in the Learning and Performance Improvement fieldsBroad knowledge of learning interventionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and EnglishExcellent interpersonal/relationship skillsWell-rounded business experience resulting in business and financial acumenStrong analytical and data reporting skillsGeneral administration and good IT skills in particular MS ProjectACADEMIC BACKGROUNDGraduate in Psychology, HR, Learning, Business Administration, Pedagogy or similar
