With a purpose to connect people and places with a world of possibilities, we are the travel people who work globally, live locally and go the extra mile to help our partners extend their reach.**About the Opportunity**As a member of Discova you will be a part of a passionate team of Hosts who are committed to consistently delivering an excellent customer experience and take pride in being the face of Discova.As a Host you are responsible to meet and exceed individual as well as team sales targets, consistently delivering a high quality customer sales experience and thriving in the high performing team environment.**Responsabilities**- Offer every customers tours and other activities branded Discova.- Ensuring welcome packs, company branding and other collateral is in line with one best way and presentable to our customers.- Maintain the expertise in the domestic market by being up to date with domestic information or changes.- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets as directed by the Host Team Leader.**About you**The Essentials:- Bachelor degree or a degree in tourism and hospitality is preferred- Minimum 1year experience in a sales environment comfortable working to and achieving sales targets - Experience in tourism industry sales preferred- Fluent in both written and spoken English is required and other European languages would be an advantageThe Attributes:- Good written and verbal English.- Outstanding sales skills with strong customer care focus- Result Orientated- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to te flexible and implementing change when needed- Excellent communicator to a diverse range of people (customers, suppliers, team members, leaders.Finally, if you are successful, you will find out that working with Discova is more than just a job.
