Support includes technical and program analysis, testing and debugging to resolve customer reported issues. This position serves as primary support liaison between company and customer, in a highly team-oriented environment. We are looking for Support Analysts to strengthen our technical team in a technical environment that is evolving at a fast pace.A Day In The Life Includes:- Resolves client technical questions or problems in system set up, functionality and product enhancements within the LN Tools Module of the ERP.- Proactively keeps customers informed of how and when problems are resolved with focus on retention and reference ability.- Involved in any additional follow up, testing and troubleshooting.- Provides high quality and professional customer experience while meeting or exceeding established KPI’s and creating quality knowledge content.Basic Qualifications:- Full proficiency in English.- Experience working with RDBMS (example: Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)- Experience with programming Language (C++, Java, Python, etc.)- Experience with Operating Systems (Linux, Unix, Windows)Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working with ERP software.Location: Montes Urales Norte 505, Col, Lomas de Chapultepec, Miguel Hidalgo, 11000 Ciudad de México.- About InforInfor is a global leader in business cloud software products for companies in industry specific markets.
