Are you passionate about technology and helping others? We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting tech issues and ensuring our users get the support they need.**What You'll Do**:- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues.- Guide users through common troubleshooting steps and perform basic maintenance tasks.- Investigate and resolve more complex technical issues.- Perform advanced system maintenance and configuration tasks.- Collaborate with other technical teams for deep problem resolution and long-term solution implementation.- Document all incidents and solutions in the ticket management system.- Proactively follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved and within a reasonable timeframe.- Contribute to the development and updating of technical documentation and internal procedures.- Participate in the training and development of new practices and processes to improve support service.**What We’re Looking For**:- Experience in tech support (1-2 years preferred).- Solid knowledge of Windows and common software.- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).- Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication.- Excellent English communication skills- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.- Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional are a plus.**What we offer**:- Base salary.- Food Vouchers.- 30-day Christmas bonus.- Vacation bonus of 35%- Life and Medical Insurance.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $12,500.00 - $15,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono de permanencia- Bono de productividadTipo de jornada:- Incluye fines de semana- Turno de 8 horas- Turno matutinoExperiência:- Atención al cliente: 1 año (Deseable)- Tech Support: 1 año (Deseable)Idioma:- Advanced Conversational English (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencialFecha límite para postularse: 02/09/2024Fecha de inicio prevista: 12/09/2024
