Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.- Job Summary- El Técnico EHS estará ubicado en Guadalajara Norte:- Estamos buscando a alguien que demuestre:- Colaboración intensa- Enfoque Apasionado en el cliente- Ejecución astuta rápida, disciplinada- Compromiso tenaz a la mejora continua- Conduce implacablemente para ganar- Aquí hay algunos ejemplos de las actividades que estarás realizando:- Ejecución y reporte de auditorias EHS mensuales a instalaciones electricas, mecanicas y almacenes- Evaluación y autorizacion de trabajos criticos que requieran permisos de trabajo (alturas, electricos, espacios confinados, soldadura y oxicorte).- Elaboracion de Risk Assessment de Maquinaria- Liberación de areas- Supervisión de trabajos criticos en planta (civiles, electromecanicos, mantenimiento a edificios, linea de gas natural, subestación electrica etc)- Liberación de maquinaria, elabaroración de estudios ergonómicos- Revisión de equipo de emergencia Investigación de accidentes, planeación y ejecución de simulacros.- Habilidades indispensables para el rol:- Carrera Técnica en Seguridad Industrial, Medio Ambiente o afi- Experiência previa en puesto similar- Conocimiento en seguridad Conocimiento de Normatividad STPS y estándares internacionales- Conocimientos de Iso 14001 y ISO 45001- Experiência previa en Investigación de accidentes- Experiência previa en evaluación de sustancias peligrosas- Disponibilidad de horario- Buen manejo de Solucion de problemas- Autodirigido- Aquí hay algunos ejemplos de nuestros beneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Aguinaldo- Prima vacacional- Vales de despensa- Fondo de ahorro- Job CategoryOperations
