**Descripción general****Responsabilidades**- Crear contenido de alta calidad y animaciones 3D para las redes sociales.- Desarrollar animaciones, renders y edición de video para una amplia gama de redes sociales y proyectos digitales que contemplen diferentes formatos (GIF, pancartas, animaciones, etc.)- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las directrices, plazos y estándares de diseño de la empresa.- Diseñar recursos creativos de redes sociales que incluyan, entre otros, memes, gifs, pequeñas animaciones, videos cortos y materiales adicionales según sea necesario.- Traducir diseños e ilustraciones de alto nível de otros equipos a través de gráficos en movimiento y videos de animación y agregar valor a las ideas y conceptos creativos.- Trabajar de manera independiente y en colaboración con un equipo multifuncional de otros creadores de contenido multimedia; desde las primeras etapas de un proyecto hasta su finalización.- Brindar ayuda en proyectos que requieran animaciones de títulos, animación de logotipos, composición y movimiento.- Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias en diseño de movimiento y redes sociales y generar nuevas ideas creativas para incorporar gráficos en movimiento en nuestro trabajo que atraerán la atención y se destacarán de otras marcas.- Tomar posesión real de su rol en cada proyecto y verificar que todos los detalles estén pensados.- Dispuesto a trabajar horas extras / fines de semana cuando se cumplen plazos ajustados o es necesario por alguna situación extraordinaria.- Estar atento a la eficiencia del proceso.- Hacer lluvia de ideas y conceptualizarlas, producir bocetos conceptuales y ediciones rápidas de conceptos.- Participar en sesiones de lluvia de ideas para compartir nuevas perspectivas e ideas de diseño.- Proporcionar estimaciones de tiempo precisas para cada parte del proceso.**Requisitos**- Gran capacidad de diseño y narración visual.- Debe poder trabajar bien dentro de un equipo y tomar la dirección mientras trabaja de forma independiente.- Organizado y eficiente, con capacidad para adherirse a las prácticas de flujo de trabajo establecidas.- Debe ser un pensador conceptual.- Conocimiento de Adobe After Effects, preferiblemente con experiência en la creación y uso de expresiones para lograr diseños y efectos innovadores.- Dominio del uso de Maya de Autodesk para crear modelos 3D, texturas, rayos, aparejos y animaciones.- Muy familiarizado con otro software de Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.).- Proactivo, enfocado y ambicioso.
