More than 68,000 associates in 27 countries are passionate about our vision of Saving More Lives.**What you’ll do**:- Maintain the necessary conditions in the operation to manufacture automotive safety parts of the highest quality through operational excellence in an excellent work environment.- Work with the production supervision team and support areas to achieve the expected results in the SQDCM indicators, as well as the monitoring and execution of the organization's Policy Deployment strategies.- It is your priority to create the safety conditions and the implementation of the health and safety system to eliminate risks and ensure that the staff prevents unsafe acts.- Responsible for ensuring a perfect execution of production plans, guaranteeing the resources required to achieve plant productivity.- Ensure the correct follow-up of quality incidents to respond to customers (fast response, root cause analysis, follow-up to 8d's, etc.).**What is required**:- Administration, Industrial, Mechatronic Engineering Degree- Minimum 3 years of experience in Administration of personnel- Certifications/Accreditations: Lean Manufacturing, APS Academy- Intermediate-Advanced English**What’s in it for you**:- Attractive compensation package- Recognition awards, company events, family events, university discount options and many more perks.- Gender Pay EqualityAutoliv is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
